At The Zen Den, we strive to provide exceptional service while respecting the time of both our clients and therapists. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

>> Cancellation: We kindly request at least 4 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice may be subject to a 100% charge based on the scheduled service. If we can fill your appointment slot with another client, we will waive the cancellation fee. You may also send someone else in your place for your scheduled appointment time, provided you notify us of the substitution.

>> Tardiness: If you anticipate running late, please notify us via phone to inform us of your expected arrival time. Please note that our scheduling is carefully coordinated, and arriving late may limit the availability of your booked time.

>> No Call/No Show: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice ("No Call/No Show") will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to communicate with us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes. Respecting each other's time ensures that we can continue to provide excellent service to all our valued clients.
